2 Tablespoons The Vegetarian ExpressSaucy Ranch Seasoning
1/2-3/4 cup Veganaise or Just Mayo
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup walnuts
2 apples medium or small dice
Place Garbanzos in food processor and pulse till chopped to a rough chop, add chopped green onions, celery walnuts, salt, add mayo to taste, pulse to mix well. Add apple after the food processor and mix well. Enjoy for a salad, a sandwich, a wrap, or on a romaine leaf.
